Paid, optional, separate from the free directory
Need the application written, not just found?
Most teachers, small schools and education nonprofits have no grant writer on call. FindGrants offers human-led writing and review so a good fit on this site turns into a submitted application.
Who can use this service right now. Teachers paying personally (classroom and professional-development grants), private and independent schools, and education nonprofits. We are not offering paid services to public school districts, charter schools or intermediate units at this time; the free directory, feeds and calendar are fully available to them.
The directory stays free. Searching, the feeds, the calendar and every listing cost nothing and never will. Applying for a grant is always free. This page is the one paid service we offer, and you decide whether to use it.
What you get
- Full draft: narrative, budget narrative and required attachments drafted from your facts and the funder's rubric, in your voice, for your review.
- Review and edit: a critical read of a draft you wrote, scored against the funder's criteria, with line edits.
- Budget narrative or strategy call: the pieces applicants most often get stuck on.
Work is done by a person at ResilientMind AI using modern AI tools for research and drafting under that person's control. You review, own and submit the final application; nothing is ever submitted on your behalf.
How pricing works
- A flat quote per application, agreed in writing before any work starts. Reviews and calls are hourly.
- Never a percentage of the award and never contingent on funding. Percentage fees are barred by the grant profession's ethics codes, and federal rules do not allow writing fees to be charged to the award.
- No guarantee of funding. Anyone who guarantees an award is selling something else.
